Mental health is unfortunately an invisible illness, that has a stigma attached to it. We at Maebills believe that this needs to spoken about more, people shouldn't feel ashamed of how they feel, they should feel comfortable reaching out to people without the fear of being judged. 

Construction has the highest suicide rate with the statistics in Construction trades being 1.6 times higher than the national average. More than a quarter of Construction employees have Considered taking their own life. Data has shown 1 in every 7 workers knows a colleague that have taken their own lifes. 

We want to get the message out there that it is OK to not be ok and to make people aware of the help there is out there.
