Hey Everyone, thanks for visiting my JustGiving page! I'm Mads, and in 2022 - i'm going fundraising mad for Childnet International. 

I am delighted to have been selected to take part in the Sage Foundation Volunteer Abroad Scholarship. This will see me travel to Puerto Rico in December 2022 to support a Youth Support Project in San Juan. I wanted to support this project as I have a passion for ensuring that everyone has the confidence to break down barriers. As a cyber security professional, I'm passionate about inspiring young people to think about digital careers as well as the importance of cyber security in our futures. 💚

This is why Childnet International is the perfect organisation for me to fundraise for ahead of my trip. It combines supporting young people with being safe online, promotes digital careers and tackles digital inequality. 

So what will I get up too? I will be completing a quarterly challenge/ activity in the run up to December 2022. They will include:

• Walking the length of the M25 in one month... that's 117 miles / 188km! I will be inviting Global Security at Sage to join me when in the office.
• Three Peaks Challenge (Scarfell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon in 24 hours!)
• 72 Hour sponsored silence (anyone who knows me knows this will be tough!)
• Complete a Half Marathon (not a runner, so a huge challenge!)
