I am doing the Vietnam to Cambodia 5-day cycle ride for MAG (Mines Advisory Group) between 28th Feb to 3rd March 2010 to help raise money to clear landmines in both these countries.  

I'm crazy enough to think I can do an average of 60 miles per day for this sponsored bike ride!  The Yorkshire Bike ride is the only other long distance cycle I've attempted - I came 3rd from last out of about 2000 cyclists - and the organisers were packing up when I finally got to Scarborough!  Still - I'm hoping all this new bike gear might stop a sore bum!
