When & What? - Next Sunday, Silverstone Half Marathon

In admiration for an old friend and in memory of my Dad's courageous battle I'm raising money for Kidney Research.

Training in the rain & mud, struggling to stay up as my knee buckles ... let's hope I can fo it!
