As you are aware on the 30th June 2012 I paticipated in a walk for Demelza Charity organised by Tim Sheppard. It was a great success and 16 miles was completed by most people in a reasonable time.

So thank you to anyone who gave their bit to Demelza and helped us reach our target. Also well done to all those who had joined the walk, even if you hadn't completed it all!
