Story

At Microsoft we are all about encouraging the next generation. Also, we honor our late friend and colleague, Abel Wang.

Abel loved Microsoft Build and he was a key figure for the event every year. In honor of him we will be raising money for Girls Who Code. It is an organization that is very close to Abel's heart and it is a community that we love to work with at Microsoft. 

Take a moment of your time and donate to Girls Who Code, let's encourage the next generation of developers.

Serving girls 3rd grade up through college, Girls Who Code has reached 450K students through our free programs in the 50 states & in the UK, Canada, & India. We do more than teach girls to code: we teach them to be brave & to persist. Above all, we connect them to one another in a Sisterhood.
