GOSH - Millie's Marathon (London 2021)

London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·
When I was 8 I was diagnosed with a really rare disease called LCH. I was subsequently a patient at Great Ormond Street for 9 years. Since the day I got discharged, my goal has always been to give back to this incredible hospital and everyone who works there in any way I can. I am so thrilled (and absolutely terrified) to be running the London Marathon for GOSH this year. This is going to be one of the most challenging things I have ever done. But I am not doing this marathon for me, this is about the 100s of children who arrive at GOSH every day, faced with the most complex illnesses. Every step I take I will be thinking of the brilliant doctors and nurses, the incredible parents and those mighty brave children. They are all superheroes. Any donation will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
(Wish me luck!)
