Donations in lieu of flowers in memory of Mark Bostock who passed away on Wednesday 29th March.  Mark was diagnosed with Adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN) 17 years ago and he was told that this had deteriorated to the terminal form of cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) in October 2016.  Mark was a trustee of this charity until recently and was dedicated to raising funds for research in order to find a cure or preventative treatments.
