The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with the south London community for over 25 years. Existing to leverage the power of football and the Crystal Palace FC brand to change the lives of young people across south London, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help. We work with over 13,000 people each year, inspiring them to find a better path and to lead a healthier life.

For Matty's Birthday, Steve Parish the Chairman of CPFC and his team at Palace for Life have helped me set up a fundraising initiative to aim the money raised for Matty's Birthday to be focused on their disability outreach work within the community. For example, it can enable a disability coach to achieve their football coaching qualification, fund football sessions for a young autistic players in Thornton Heath, and also pan-disability sessions every Thursday for boys and girls to get active.

This will mean so much to Matty.
