Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

On the 28th April myself and three friends will be running the Sunderland City 10k. We chose to do this for a Mental Health Charity as we have all been affected either directly or indirectly by mental health problems and have witnessed first hand the devastation that lack of awareness can bring.

We are of varying degrees of fitness... believe me, I am no runner!!! But we are all absolutely determined to do our best to fundraise and to cross that finish line having done it for something so worthwhile.

Every penny helps - we do have a text facility too so if that is better than contributing via card please text our unique code MALD50 followed by the amount you wish to donate to 70070 eg  "MALD50 £2".

If you have Facebook, 'We Need 10,000 likes for Mental Health Matters' has shared a photo. If you click on and like the photo this would be a huge help.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
