I'm fundraising for Sense, a charity that believes that no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, should be isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential.

I'm be taking part in the epic London Triathlon - wish me luck! It involves a 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride through the streets of London and finishing with a 10km run. 

I think that deserves some sponsorship, so please dig deep, it's an amazing cause.
