I have taken part in many runs, but have never raised money before - I thought it was about time I did! I wanted to donate to the hospice movement, as they gave my mum wonderful care in her last weeks. I also have many friends living with cancer, or who have completed their treatment and are living their lives to the full - this is for them - to show my admiration.
