I feel like my hamstrings have been snapped but i'm sure they will grow back! I completed in 1h 22 mins - not a patch on the pro's but better than last year and a good benchmark to improve on next year!!

I'm running the Manchester 10K again to raise funds for the Alzheimers society... a charity close to my heart!!!

The Alzheimers Society make  a difference to the lives of people with the illness and their careers.

Research, fundraising and education are just some of what the AS do. Their work is cherished and has a lasting effect on those who recieve it, however this work needs money and depends on donations and fundraising!

Every pound helps! and just £10 can go a long way in the eyes of the AS!
