Lots of people have asked why I chose Guernsey Mind to support, so here goes.  There is starting to become a different culture these days in respect of Mental Health and we must keep encouraging people to talk when they need to, meaning they will be listened to as well.   This event will raise lots of awareness and the proceeds can make a real difference on the island.
