Hello!

Three weeks ago, one of my mum's best friends Sarah, sadly died from Mesothelioma, a rare form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos, (that's her on the left in the photo, with my mum looking at her in awe).

In the last days of her life, the Rowcroft Hospice gave Sarah, her family and her friends, support and solace in the most difficult of times. I'm raising money to try and ensure other families have access to the same.

Also, I'm shit at running, so this should be a laugh.
