Hi Everyone,

As some of you may know, I'm going to try to complete the Coast to Coast walk in 5 days. It's 192 miles from St Bees in the Lake District to Robin Hoods Bay in North Yorkshire. It works out at 38 miles per day, unsupported carrying my camping equipment, food & water. The date has not been finalised yet, but it will almost certainly before the end of July. Please donate as much as you can for the Red Cross. Wish me luck, I think I might need it.
