I am part of a team (Phoenix) raising funds for the the British Heart Foundation, this has been triggered by my uncle Sean's health issues in the past year. After a successful heart op Sean is back on his bike and bravely leading our team on the bike ride from Clapham to Brighton in June.

I am not asking for much please, but every bit counts.
