I have  officially 'flipped' and have given my self the challenge of flipping a tractor tyre 1000 times. The tyre weighs 72.5kg. This is easily going to be the most physically demanding thing I have ever done and to say I am apprehensive is an understatement but it will get completed!! 

The TOM foundation is a charity that is extremely close to my heart and definitely deserves a £1 a flip so please sponsor me because it's not going to be pretty and knowing I'm doing it so raise money for such a great charity will make it worth it!
