Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Last year we, Lauren and Lucy climbed Skiddaw dressed as Red Pandas to raise awareness and funds for the Red Panda Network. Red Pandas are in decline in the wild. Red Pandas are endangered and it is estimated that there are only 2500 left in the wild. Red Pandas are at risk from habitat loss, hunting, and the illegal pet trade.
Donations will go to the Red Panda Network who work hard to conserve Red Pandas. They also employ Forest Guardians to protect Red Pandas in the wild.
Red Pandas spend a lot of time in the trees and so for this year's challenge we thought some extreme climbing would be an appropriate challenge. We are wearing our Red Panda suits again and embarking on the Via Ferrata Extreme at Honister. We are both actually quite scared and it will be a mental challenge for us both! Please help us to support the Red Panda Network.
