I'm fundraising. Yep. 👌

I’ve no idea what happened but I’ve signed up to an Ultra Challenge. I’ll attempt the South Coast 50k Challenge 2020 in support of Mind, the mental health charity. August bank holiday (Saturday).

I signed up for this the evening before it was announced that Caroline Flack had taken her own life. Absolutely devastating and could have been prevented. It can be hard to talk sometimes but always know that you are not alone. It’s so important to keep the conversation open. Through all of this it’s clear that you never really know what people are going through, so if you can be anything, be kind. You are far more than a bad day, month or year.

The route will take me from Eastbourne to Hove, so naturally I’ll head back to Brighton afterwards should my feet let me.

It’s such a worthy cause, so please help out and if you want to go on a 10/20/30 mile walk let me know. 🙃
