Help for Hereos provide fantastic support and services to our service men, ex service men and their families across the country. 

Those of you who know me well, will be aware that this charity means a lot to me, due to my close, personal connections with current and injured service men.

Last year to raise awareness and funds for Help for Hereos, I completed Tough Mudder. But one is not enough!!!! Therefore, this year I'm taking part in the Rat Race Dirty Weekend! A 20 mile 200 obstacle race (and 2 Tough Mudders just for fun). I would really appreciate some sponsorship, no matter how little, towards this worthwhile cause (and to keep me motivated haha!)
