In April 2017, with the support of Ayrton, i will be travelling to Wales to embark on a new adventure. I intend to climb Snowden, having never done anything like this before it will be a bit of a challenge!

The purpose of the climb is to raise funds for Fertility Network UK, the nations leading fertility charity who offer both practical and emotional support to couples facing the devastation of infertility.

I have myself been diagnosed with a condition called Hydrosalpinx. This condition means that my fallopian tubes are blocked, therefore my chances of conceiving naturally are very low. It is highly likely that should i wish to start a family i will need to seek IVF treatment.

I have struggled with the impact this will have on the life i always thought i would lead and have struggled to discuss or acknowledge my diagnosis. However with the help of family, friends and the knowledge that charity's and organisations like Fertility Network are there to assist has helped me accept it. I am now ready to move on and deal with anything that might be thrown at me when the time comes!
