So here's my challenge.... get off the sofa! I'm busy, busy, busy all week long and so it's taken a lot for me to be prepared to shake off the mantle of Penelope Pitstop and slip my feet into a pair of trainers ready to trudge around a half marathon route. But there comes a time in your life where you realise that you can't stand on the side lines any longer!

Please help me to make this a worthwhile venture. Cancer Research carry out really important work to make sure that other families don't have to lose their loved ones.
