As some of you may know as part of our gap year we are spending 3 months (from September) in Gondar, North Ethiopia teaching English at a local school. During our time there we have decided to take part in the Great Ethiopian Run to fundraise for LinkEthiopia, the charity we are volunteering for. The race takes place in the capital Addis Ababa with around 40,000 runners.  

Anyone who knows us well will be aware that neither of us are exactly talented runners and so it is safe to say that running a 10k will be a challenge! Any donation will therefore be great motivation for us to complete the run, regardless of how long this actually takes us.
