hello everyone.

i've somehow been roped into doing a sponsored abseil down a church for Parkinson's UK, a charity which helps people with Parkinson's disease and their carers. the charity does some wonderful things for people and i'd be really happy if you'd sponsor me a bit of money. those of you who know me will know that i'm not the bravest of people and though the event isn't happening till the 16th april i'm already a tad bit nervous!

i'm going down at 10am (ughhh) on the 16th april, it's st barnabas church in gloucester so feel free to pop down and watch (and laugh..)
