Hi All,

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 10^th July 2011, I will be taking part in the Asics British 10K run in London to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care (http://www.mariecurie.org.uk/), along with fellow team mates Laura Mordecai and Lisa Wright (also with links on JustGiving).

Having lost my dad to his battle with cancer last year, I hoped to do something in his memory whilst helping other cancer patients and their families. Although we have not had any direct experience with Marie Curie, their mission and ethos of providing end of life care to terminal cancer patients and their families/carers make them an organisation that I feel honoured to be able to raise money for.

So, after spending the past few months donning my running shoes and seeing more of London than I have in years of living and commuting in the great Capital, I look forward to completing the 10K in aid of Marie Curie, and need your help and generosity in helping me reach my target :-).
