Joe and myself will be running 10k on the 26th March for Macmillan Cancer Support which improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.

For us, this is in memory of all the wonderful people who we have lost along the way to cancer, you will never be forgotten.

Please dig deep and donate for this great cause, it affects us all in some way so anything you can give will be much appreciated. Plus as many of you may know I am rubbish at running so although this will be a walk in the park for Joe, it will be a huge effort for me! ;o)
