Following the Race for Life I've decided to run double that and signed up for the Middlesbrough 10k!!

I'm hoping to raise some money for Action for Children an excellent charity which works with children in care, disabled children, families who need support and young people facing severe difficulties. Action for children have supported children suffering from neglect since 1869 and are currently supporting over 156,000 of the UK's most vulnerable.
