This is my third year taking part in the UK Forums Allstars charity ice hockey tournament and my second consequetive year, representing Prostate Cancer UK.

Last year's UK Forums Allstars was due to be the last ever time I kit up and step onto an ice pad, as I had already hung up my skates, with regard to competitive playing.

As Prostate Cancer is something that is having a profound effect on the members of my own family, I'm proud to have the opportunity to pull on the Prostate Cancer UK jersey for a second time, hopefully beating my total raised in 2013.
