you know i am a crazy running loon who takes part in some bonkers events- the crazier the better.  i have many reasons for this but one is to raise money for worthwhile causes.

 

i do two main sponsored events a year and this time its the UKs largest half Marathon on September 16th in Newcastle in the Infamous Great North Run!!!!

 

the charity i am running for CLIC SARGENT is such a heart warming worthwhile charity i couldnt think of a better reason to run round the streets of the North East.

 

if i reach £500 i will make it my mission to find a BBC Camera and flash some Flesh!!!!!!! EEEEEEEKKKKKKK
