Story

I have personal experience with anxiety, disordered eating and low self-esteem. Having sought help from a therapist earlier this year, I realised that looking at my past was not the way for me, personally, to move forwards.

As a result, I engaged a life coach and this completely changed my outlook on life in a truly holistic manner. It allowed me the space to open up in a completely non-judgemental and forward-facing forum, and this is what I would now like to offer in return.

My experience encouraged me to train as a life coach myself, with a focus on helping women who suffer with body confidence issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, low levels of confidence in the work-place and any other struggles associated with the modern day/high-paced life. I am truly passionate about the fact that we should all feel acceptance for ourselves and live our lives in the way that we truly intend to.

I will be offering six sessions across the weekend of the 17th and 18th October ♡

"It’s time to talk about mental health, check up on those around us and check in with ourselves and how we are doing. The world and our everyday are constantly changing and in these uncertain times having a judgment free space and time to think is so needed.

That’s why a group of coaches have come together to offer our listening ears, support, patience and compassion.

We are offering donation based coaching sessions for World Mental health Day!
All donations will go to Mind to support the incredible work they do.
Coaching is a fantastic support to aid our mental health. It’s a confidential space to check in with how we are feeling, gives us accountability for the positive change we want to create for ourselves and others and has the ability to help us discover hope and opportunitity.

Could you benefit from a coaching session?

Are you new to coaching and you’re curious to see how it can help?

Do you know someone you could gift a session to?

Use this session however you like - to talk through a current challenge or a sense of feeling a bit lost or overwhelmed, to put some action steps together for a goal or to reflect on your expereince of lockdown.

Have a look at our team and contact a coach 😀"
