Story

Smart Works is a UK based charity, supporting women looking for employment but suffering from low self esteem and confidence.
They provide high quality interview clothes (donated by other women), styling advice and interview training. Smart Works helps them to feel confident, look fabulous, succeed at their job interview and move on with their life.
Having worked for Smart Works for nearly three years, I've seen first hand the thousands of women that they have helped. Working with our volunteers, clients are instantly transformed and you can visably see how much of a difference a smart outfit and interview prep can make. I feel very proud to be able to help women succeed in thier job interviews and by running 10K, I hope I can help even more.
I need your help to raise money for Smart Works! Smart Works doesn't receive any government funding and relies on donations from individuals, corporate companies and fundraising events.

About me:Currently Head of Operations at Smart Works and returning to work after 6 months maternity leave in April. I wouldn't say I'm a great runner but hoping to run my very first 10K in an hour, wish me luck!!
A £10 donation will buy a scarf or other accessories to help one woman look and feel confident for her job interview.
A £25 donation will buy a much-needed pair of shoes or handbag.
A £50 donation will pay for vital interview training for one client.
A £75 donation will pay for a fabulous outfit for one woman to wear to her job interview.
A £200 donation will pay for a complete interview outfit, interview training and on-going career support for one client.
