Story

In support of my dear friends Nicola and Kenton Bromby who lost their beautiful daughter Siena, I am joining their 14 challenge in her memory and to support other parents in the same situation through SANDS charity

By the end of December my challenge is to complete my 14 point strength circuit

1) 1,000 weighted squats

2) 1,000 v sits

3) 50km cycle 

4) 500 lunges

5) 1,000 mountain climbers

6) 1,000 single clean & Jerks

7) 20min Plank

8) 200 pushup 

9) 400 single leg deadlifts

10) 200 bar deadlifts

11) 200 shoulder presses

12) 200 upright rows

13) 300 single weighted rows

14) 50 cube jumps
