I have decided to do a full days sponsored silence at work  on Thursday 17th July 2014.  Those of you who know me will know this will be hard for me to do but I will do this as at is for such a worthy cause.  The people on my floor at work will think they have gone deaf for the day!!!! Sorry for those of you who may be on holiday and miss the silence.

Please give what you can for this generous cause every little helps.  We all have been affected by somebody we know who has had cancer and Marie Curie provides excellent care and support for people suffering from this horrible  condition.
