On 16th October 2011, I'll be running 13 miles along the streets of Cardiff to raise much needed funds for an animal rescue shelter in Borneo.  A place that works tirelessly to end pain, neglect and inhumane practices, and offers sanctuary to the many thousands of homeless dogs who would otherwise be left to roam the streets.
