We made it round - loo stops and stitches notwithstanding! Thanks for all your support - it's really appreciated.

Just to remind you, we were running to support MS Action, a charitable centre in Walthamstow which has been providing complementary therapies for people with Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy for over twenty years. The folks at MS Action have been a great friend to Nicky and John's beautiful son, and my nephew, Sam, since he was diagnosed with hemiplegia at the age of 6 months. We'd like to say thank you to them for all their support and help them to continue their great work.
