Exercise isn't really my thing. Neither was running but I've kind of got into it a bit so now it's time for a big challenge to help staff at the children's school raise money for an area in Uganda. They have done very well so far - have a look at https://m.facebook.com/groups/1823052717951622 to see what they have achieved so far. Hopefully I can contribute with some funds raised through my big run! Someone might have to help me down the stairs the day after!
