In 2009 I celebrated the twentieth anniversary of the opening of my practice by walking through the Escambray mountains of Cuba to raise money for Precious Lives appeal. Five years on and I will be raising money this time for the adult hospices; Cornwall Hospice Care. I should have been trekking across Costa Rica in November 2013 but I fell and broke a vertebra, I postponed the trek until February, unfortunately due to lack of trekkers this was cancelled. I then booked to trek in the Rift valley of Tanzania in July this year so here's hoping that there are no more delays.

Cornwall Hospices do amazing work and are funded entirely by charity few of us or our families are untouched by cancer so please be generous and think of me climbing at altitude in the hot dusty climate of Tanzania.
