Ok so the time has finally come- Lou is taking the plunge and running a half marathon! Shock horror I know, in fact I am pretty scared about the whole thing! However determined to do it and complete it... with your support of course! 

So please dig deep and be as generous as possible- every bit counts! and every bit will keep me going towards the finish line!
