Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, set up in loving memory of my wonderful Dad, Tony Andrew.

After a two year battle, my dad sadly lost his fight against cancer on 13th April 2021.  Throughout his illness, we never heard him complain, not even once & he took whatever was thrown at him (and there was a lot) with total courage, positivity & with his wicked sense of humour still in tact.  We are so very proud of him. Throughout his illness, the care that he received at The Christie Hospital was second to none.   All the staff are amazing - from the doctors that treated him, the nurses that held his hand & the staff that sold him his favourite sandwich.  They all played a part in making a difficult time so much easier and even resulted in the fact that he would say that he actually enjoyed going in for his chemo sessions! 

We are therefore asking, if you are able, to please make a donation in his memory, so that we can assist in making sure that other people can continue to benefit from this world class treatment centre.
