Hi there.. to all you that are close to me and know me very well.. u will all know how much this charity means to me and my family... sadly on the 12th feb 2011 at 16:05pm.. my beautiful brave nanna Was tacken from us after a long 10 years fight with alzheimers disease... this hit us all very hard she was only aged 69 when she died and still had alot of life left in her... my nanna was a beautiful strong woman and there is not a day that goes by that I don't miss her or think about her... so in her loving memory I will be taking part in the alzheimers memory walk to raise awareness of this disease .....and to help raise money for the charity so they are able to support families just like mine who have or are going through watching a loved one being slowly tacken away by this disease.. thank you very for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
