A few of you may know we lost my Dad to cancer in November 2016. 

I am running the Bank of Scotland 10k in Glasgow on Sunday, 30th September 2018 in memory of him. 

During such a difficult, distressing and sad time, the Macmillan nurses from Kintyre helped to care for my Dad at home and they were absolutely fantastic. More than words can say. 

So it is time to say thank you. Any donations raised shall be restricted to Macmillan Cancer Support in Argyll and Bute.
