Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I've been involve in sport for a number of years, now I am taking it to a new level by getting ready to compete in the Winter Wolf run, based at Stanford Hall Leister the 6th November… I’ll be running across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes and thick mud… I will be tested and need all the support I can get with the training I’ll do leading up to the event.
The plan is to get in serious shape and loose some weight (2lb per week) up until the 6th November, I’ll share weekly updates over my social platforms to evidence commitment to what will be my biggest physical test to date.
At the obstacle course, I’ll be tackling a series of tough obstacles - both man-made and natural - designed to test mental & physical strength, skill and stamina. Ill run, climb, jump, wade, crawl and swim through a course designed to challenge runners on every level.
Week on week I'll stay on top game, digging much deeper than ever before to keep up the body moving and strong, I need the extra motivation with engagement online and any donations we can put to Youth Cancer Trust.
It’s great to be supporting a Charity I like, seeing donations go well will motivate me no end, all contributions are highly valued 🤩.
Help me reach the target £250 donation by early November and propel me through the weeks of intense training and commitment to a clean diet plan throughout.
It’s great to inspire those I know and others to stay active, mentally strong and persevere through any uncertain times beyond as we close 2021. Regular updates will feed through so you can follow on social media all things nutrition and exercise achieved.
Start weight 91.1 kg
Target weight loss 2lb per week.
Weigh in each Friday.
This gruelling fitness program will throw me out of my comfort zone, however let's support a great Charity and give some kids a much needed holiday.
