Lottie is 6 years old and was born with a very rare genetic chromosome disorder called 1q21.1 micro-duplication for lottie this means things such as developmental delays , heart conditions, enlargement of the head, abnormalities in her facial features and muscle and bone problems , lottie really struggles with all these issues ,especially the pain which can range from mild to quite severe , lottie struggles to do things a child of her age should be doing and this can be very upsetting , we are hoping to raise enough money to provide lottie with hydrotherapy to help with strengthening her muscles and easing the pain in a place that she loves. 

Lottie absolutely loves swimming and water and being able to do water based therapy will be amazing for her as it is such a fantastic form of exercise without causing lottie pain. 

Lottie was diagnosed with her condition at around the age of 2 after not passing her milestones on time and numerous health related issues. She has been through a lot in her little life and deserves the chance to be able to be pain free whilst also strengthening her muscles and being able to enjoy it. 

Lottie will be so thankful if you could help her to enjoy something she will greatly benefit from and will help her to improve on her over all health.
