Due to coronavirus Cam Sight has had to change the way they raise their income. Their traditional income streams have come to an abrupt halt as they have cancelled their fundraising events and activities. At the same time their running costs have increased as they have changed the way they work to continue supporting blind and partially sighted people in their homes.

As Cam Sight has suspended face-to-face support they are carrying out a ring-a-round service. Up to the 9th April they have phoned 1,198 people isolated at home to provide support at this critical time, before they reach crisis point.

Living in isolation with no or low vision is distressing and frightening. Please help Cam Sight be there for people who desperately need them during this crisis.
