Rachael passed away on Thursday 3rd October peacefully at St Ann's Hospice, Little Hulton, Manchester.

Since Rachael was sadly diagnosed with cancer last November, she astounded everyone with her bravery, positivity and determination to live life to the full.  She will be greatly missed but will forever and always remain in our hearts.

 Instead of flowers, we want to show our appreciation and gratitude by asking for donations to St Ann's hospice, who are a registered charity. There will be a collection box at the service but for those who are unable to attend and would still like to donate we have set up this just giving page in Rachael's memory.

Rachael spent the last 4 weeks of her life at St Ann's and was looked after impeccably by the most amazing people, many of who are volunteers.  All members of staff made Rachael feel very comfortable throughout her stay and typically she befriended them all.
