The plan is to raise as much money as we can for Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff, by riding a lap of Wales in 24hrs on our motorbikes - on 2nd July 2010.

The main inspiration for the ride was to help my partner Anna's sister Kate Stone to achieve her ideal fundraising target of £5000 in memory of thier dad Ian 'Rocky' Stone.  She needs to raise a minimum of £3500 as part of her Trek Kilimanjaro Challenge, but would really like to raise more for the centre that cared for Ian and supported thier family when they needed it most.

All of the guys taking part in the ride have had relatives and loved ones lost to, or affected by cancer.  So we feel what better cause to raise money for than Velindre Cancer Centre.
