Some of you will know the reasons why I am running this years London Marathon, for those of you that dont here is my story....

Nearly 2 years ago The Jones family was turned upside down when my brother Dewi was involved in a serious RTA in Scotland (his adopted home).  He suffered life changing injuries for which he would not of survived if it was not for the specialist attention he recieved immediatly following the accident.

Although I would love to raise money for all the teams involved in getting Dewi safely out of his vehicle and the teams who have cared and challenged him to date i feel this charity deserves a special thanks.  I have chosen to run for SCAA.  Thankfully Dewi was flown to Glasgow for Specialist treatment which almost certainly saved his life and for that myself and my family are eternally grateful.

Dewi has shown his true fighting spirit, his stubborness and fantastic sense of humour through it all on his road to recovery.  I hope he can pass on just a little to me so i can get my ass round the streets of London in April.

For all of you that are reading this i ask if you can spare a little for this awesome charity, please please donate.  It really does change lives and crikey you really just dont know when you might need them.  :):);)
