....... So why am I launching myself off a tall building on a bit of wire? ...... well, ok, I admit it ..... Victoria Centre is sponsoring this event. But there's more to it than that. 

Here's the serious reason. Marie Curie Cancer Care provides high quality nursing, totally free, to give terminally ill people the choice of dying at home supported by their families.

Because of caring and compassionate Marie Curie nurses, my Great Uncle Arthur was able to spend his last days in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of his own home. It gave him dignity and provided the subsequent emotional support that the rest of the family needed.

I think its only right & proper that I should put my own nervousness of jumping off a high building aside and do something positive to raise money for such a worthy cause.
