Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A group of UK based hand cyclists are embarking on the first EVER hand cycle relay from Lands End to John O'Groats aiming for an entry into the Guiness Book of Records!

All of us have some form of disABILITY, which prevents us from riding diamond frame upright bikes. Hand bikes feature in the upcoming Paralympics Games, but are more popular in Europe where there are hundreds of races and athletes. Some of us are competitive on the International stage, some of us ride for fitness or leisure. ALL of us are attempting a 100km stretch per day, over 15 days, from Monday 22nd August to Monday 5th September 2016.

We would love to show you what we are capable of, why we love hand cycling and together raise money for The Matt Hampson Foundation, carrying their motto; 'Get Busy Living' with us on our journey.
